Linkin Park has unveiled their latest single, Up From The Bottom, marking the band’s first new release since their 2024 comeback album From Zero. The track features powerful vocals from Emily Armstrong, a signature rap verse by Mike Shinoda, and a visually stunning music video directed by the band’s Joe Hahn.
The song was first teased in the band’s LPTV FROM ZERO YouTube series, with Shinoda revealing on social media how the track came to life. “In between tours, we realized we didn’t have the song we needed. I pieced things together obsessively until something special revealed itself,” Shinoda shared. He also praised his bandmates and Hahn’s video direction for bringing the vision to fruition.
Up From The Bottom is part of the deluxe edition of From Zero, set to release on May 16, featuring two more unreleased songs: Unshatter and Let You Fade.
Linkin Park DJ Joe Hahn called the new single “the best song we’ve ever made,” while Shinoda described the music video as “one of the best we’ve ever had.”
The band will kick off their 2025 tour on April 26 at the Moody Center in Austin, TX, before heading to Europe in June, with a sold-out show at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 28, supported by Spiritbox and JPEGMAFIA.
Up From The Bottom is available now on all major streaming platforms.
