Minai – Color of Time | Heavy

Alternative Rockers, Minai, are gearing up for more music after the success of their debut album. With another EP on its way, the three-piece Alt-Rock group have many exciting things coming up. If you haven’t heard of them before, Minai is a Turkish alternative group. With influences ranging from Muse to Rage Against The Machine, the trio have crafted a sound that sounds nostalgic and fresh at the same time.

Their latest track, Color of Time, is a progressive track with so much going on. It feels like a fever dream as soon as you enter the realm, but it maintains form and structure. It’s sort of disillusioning with the classic Muse sound but also this fresher, more operatic vocal line. The instruments are, honestly, some of the most intricately engineered tones I’ve heard in a while. The countermelodies and harmonic elements are atypical but work with such ease you could hardly tell the difference.

With a load of congruence among the three visionaries, Minai, achieves an understanding amongst themselves that results in such brilliant tracks. The guitars are powerful, overdriven and loud, immersing you in a load of electric power! The rhythm section maintains the heavy, loaded beats and the vocal work is simply sublime.

Minai is making bigger steps and has been releasing plenty of music to find on their streaming profiles. You can check their extensive discography on all streaming platforms and keep an eye out for their upcoming EP.
