Tama Drums is turning the big 50, and they’re throwing a party you won’t want to miss — with the company christening the event “Tama Live UK”, the giant is taking over the legendary Clapham Grand in London for a night of drumming brilliance — keep reading for my thoughts!
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting to bash the bongos, Tama Live UK is a chance to witness drumming mastery firsthand. Fusion legend Billy Cobham is confirmed to take the stage, alongside a line-up of top UK talents like Jeremy Stacey (King Crimson, Noel Gallagher) and Beanie Bhebhe (Rudimental), Pete Ray Biggin (Level 42) and Stephen Asamoah-Duah from The Compozers. Each artist will demonstrate the versatility of TAMA Drums through their momentous performances, with the legendary venue as the fitting backdrop.

In addition to the performances, Tama Live UK marks the culmination of a year-long celebration that’s seen a host of new and reissued gear hit the market, including the return of the much-revered Tama Masterworks Bell Brass Snare. The 50th anniversary event promises to be an extraordinary celebration, bringing together drum lovers from all over the world.
