Consisting of vocalist Mohak Sanandan, bassist Jonathan Zachariah, drummer Abhishek Srinivas, and guitarist Nikhil Chandran. Their performance at Chaos Reigns showcased intricate riffing, some really engaging melodic interludes, and a stage presence that commanded headbanging unanimity.

Fallen Letters

The Bengaluru alternative and progressive rock/metal band played tracks from their debut EP Forlorn Pages. The act was a crowd favorite, laying down a versatile set of tracks ranging from the melancholic cathartic For A While to haunting heavy metal tracks like Beneath the Opaque Veil.

Dimorphous Expression

Melodic death metal act Dimorphous Expression laid an onslaught of blast beats, galloping riffs, and growling and rasping vocals that lived up to their name. Playing tracks from the EP Perception as well as their standalone singles, including brilliant tracks like Hope, Right & Wrong, and Deep Trip.  With atmospheric layers of guitars and synths spun into sprawling narratives, their set felt like a journey through shifting emotions, punctuated by crescendos leaving you in awe and energy.

THE LUCIDWAKE

THE LUCIDWAKE brought their signature style, blending art and prog rock into a visceral experience. Tracks like Bleed featured towering vocals, maniacal laughter, and a rhythm section that anchored the chaos. Their theatrical performance, complete with mad alto vocals and orchestral flourishes was a highlight of the night.

The Pulse Theory

No stranger to experimentation, The Pulse Theory delivered an epic cinematic set. With baritone vocals, electric violin solos, and galloping rhythms reminiscent of Dream Theater, their set spanned genres from space rock to cinematic prog. The band performed songs like Everytime, Fallacy of Mind, and anti-war track Coming Back Home from their recent album Coming Back Home while closing with their popular track The King Who Cried.

Mr. Kev & yel.low

Chennai pop singer-songwriter Mr. Kev and bassist Chris aka yel.low teamed up to deliver an indie pop and funk joyride, infusing the night with playful energy.
