A very teenage theme of this-is-the-only-moment-that-matters, coming from eighteen year old singer-songwriter Barbara Teresa bears an air of melancholy maturity, as if she’s aware of the ephemeral nature of the moment. Impassioned lyrics come guided by piano melodies in an acoustic set, what is an impressive multi-instrumental production for a single teenager locked down in their bedroom. It’s Barbara’s third single, and a pop-banger that is at the very least sincere to the artist’s experiences.
