It is a soft and pragmatic masterpiece from the talented duo Matthias and Anna Wurm, collaborating for the first time following the pandemic. Skyrocket is a soulful sunset tribute to stopping-and-smelling-the-roses, a celebration of life’s finest joys in a composition like melted cheese. Their unique blend of bedroom pop and acoustic soft rock makes for a down-tempo melody that journeys blissfully from nostalgia to hope and perseverance.
