Eva Nordell is out with her newest single of 2021 – “You Don’t know.” Having launched herself as a singer-songwriter in 2019, the Swedish artist is slowly climbing the ranks of the Electro-pop genre.
You don’t know is a catchy, groovy tune that has a very cool early 00s vibe. Eva NO displays a very dynamic vocal range that is complimented by the repetitive melody that will get stuck in your head and keep you dancing all day.
Filled with affirmations and a superfluous melody, the song is a great addition to any dance playlist. The song begins with a very 90s video game-like beat that grabs your attention immediately. The lyrics of the song are pretty explanatory. And trust me, “you don’t know” you need to hear them until you actually do. The song seems like a great way to express your frustration and really put your foot down! One thing I’m sure about is that I will be singing “Don’t tell me what to feel, Don’t tell me what to do…” for the next two days nonstop. The song also manages to capture a very nostalgic vibe that will have you moving and grooving from the moment you hear it.
Eva NO released an EP “History of Now” in September 2020 that comprised of five melody-driven songs with a country-flavored sound. This single. “You Don’t Know” is an interesting addition to Eva NO’s discography, and she’s definitely an artist to look forward to.
